Been with us for awhile, but needing to relocate or ready now to buy, we’re here to help.

Move Out Requirements and Instructions

Failure to vacate the rental property by the move out date as documented in the lease agreement will result in your being considered as a holdover tenant, at which time rent will be charged daily or until eviction proceedings commence.

Following a complete cleaning of the property, and after vacating, ALL keys, garage openers, parking and/or pool passes are to be returned to our office at 5130 Monroe Road, Charlotte NC 28205.  Failure to return these items will result in rent being charged daily. 

You must supply us with your forwarding address.

We must receive written notice in order to terminate your auto-draft payments.

To ensure the best possible return of any Security Deposit, the following Moving Checklist of requirements should be completed prior to returning your keys.  Following our exit inspection of the property, security deposits can be processed.  Upon your proper exit of your lease agreement with us and vacating the unit, you will receive an Itemized Security Deposit Statement within thirty (30) days.  Any balance due, i.e. additional rent for late payments, returned checks, legal and administrative fees, or repairs, will be deducted from your Security Deposit and the overages will be billed to you.

Tenant Maintenance Services

Does something in your CRI Rental require repair? Login to our Resident Portal in order to Submit your Maintenance Request online.  Actual emergencies are promptly reviewed and  addressed, while routine issues will be handled through scheduling.  Please be advised that repairs that are the responsibility of the tenant, as documented in the lease agreement, will be billed to the tenant accordingly.

Emergency Services



Given the circumstance and nature of the request received after-hours, and/or on weekends and holidays will be handled as promptly as possible.  In some cases such requests will be handled such that the immediate solution to the situation will be temporary in nature until such time as a permanent solution can be completed.

Non-emergency requests will be scheduled and handled during normal business hours, Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm.
